Setup

Link your your form to sheets

Link your form to a sheet so that responses are saved to the sheet.
 
  1. Open your google form
  1. Click Tab
  1. Click

Configure the add-on

  1. Click the add-on button
  1. Select Email field
  1. Fill in the Subject and Body Use placeholders such as and for dynamic content. For instance, if you are creating a template for an order confirmation email and want to include the customer’s name, you can write it like this:
    1. This placeholder will be replaced with the value from the sheet when you generate the email.
  1. Select a cell in a row of which you want to generate email for
  1. Click
