Setup
Link your your form to sheets
Link your form to a sheet so that responses are saved to the sheet.
- Open your google form
- Click Tab

- Click

Configure the add-on
- Click the add-on button

- Select Email field

- Fill in the Subject and Body Use placeholders such as and for dynamic content. For instance, if you are creating a template for an order confirmation email and want to include the customer’s name, you can write it like this:
This placeholder will be replaced with the value from the sheet when you generate the email.
- Select a cell in a row of which you want to generate email for
- Click
